The Associate in Theology degree provides a comprehensive study of Scripture, Christian doctrine, and ministry fundamentals, preparing students for entry-level ministry roles or further academic study.
The Associate in Theology at Light of the World School of Ministry builds upon the Certificate program with expanded coursework in biblical studies, theology, and ministry practice. Students explore core doctrines such as Bibliology, Theology Proper, Christology, Pneumatology, Anthropology, Hamartiology, Soteriology, Ecclesiology, Angelology, and Eschatology.
This two-year degree equips you to:
Interpret and apply Scripture with accuracy and Spirit-led discernment
Understand and teach core Christian doctrines
Serve effectively in local church or community ministry settings
Continue into the Bachelor in Theology program with a strong foundation
